Judicial Docketing

With few exceptions, orders issued by a single commissioner may be appealed for review by a panel of commissioners. To request a review, either party may file a Form 30, Request for Commission Review, in Word or PDF format within fourteen days of receipt of the order. The appellant is required to pay a fee of $150.00 when filing Form 30.

Orders from a Commission appellate panel may be appealed to a state circuit court and  to the South Carolina Supreme Court, but not beyond the South Carolina Supreme Court.
