Ombudsman's Office
Our ombudsman, Jennifer Neese, would be pleased to assist you if you are having difficulty finding information or can’t reach the appropriate party. The ombudsman’s office serves as a neutral and reliable source for employers, employees, attorneys, insurance carriers, medical providers, and others.
Specifically, the ombudsman’s duties are as follows:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints
- Facilitating communication between parties
- Serving as an educational resource for the general public and parties to a claim
- Assisting in completing required forms
- Explaining the dispute resolution process
