Proposed Amendment to Regulation R 67 1302 (Document No. 4188)
 Maximum Allowable Payments to Medical Practitioners

At the March 19, 2012 Commission Business Meeting, the Commission voted to formally withdraw the Regulation R 4188 from consideration by the General Assemly. The proposed change deletes the language in R 67-1302 referencing the medical fee schedule based upon relative values and a single conversion factor.
