The South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission accepts payment of fines, fees, and penalties by check mailed to its Columbia office or through its online ePay portal. The Commission does not accept paper “virtual credit cards” or “express claims cards,” and any payments submitted using those methods will be returned without processing.
